Portage Point Marina Policies

• Owners are prohibited from starting fires or cooking on their vessels while moored at the Marina.

• Owner may not perform major repairs to engines (including replacement), repairs to hulls, or repairs which risk chemical or oil spills into marina without written permission from Marina.

• Owner is prohibited from discharging of refuse, oil, spirits, etc. Pump-outs are available with advance notice to Marina staff.

• Owners and Resort guests are prohibited from swimming/fishing in Marina area.

• Fish cleaning on the docks or finger piers is prohibited. The Marine maintains a fish cleaning station available for Owner use.

• Pets must be kept on a leash at all times on Marina or Resort property.
